Rose was a bit slow and too introductory for me, although I enjoyed it all the same, but then I watched THIS episode and YES this was when I officially fell in love with the Doctor—when I fell in love with Eccleston’s face and nose and ears and voice and silly mannerisms—and when he left I was heartbroken, but my love for the show and what it stood for still remained. Still remains to this day.

A small bunch of right-wing extremists dressed as pigs harassed at night the residents of a mosque in Aarhus.
Dressed in pig masks and armed with pigs’ trotters on a skewer and crusader shield, took a couple of former members of the strongly anti-Muslim group Danish Defence League yesterday late night allegedly in an extremely bizarre harassment action against a mosque in Aarhus.

Two teenagers from Toronto sent a Lego man carrying a Canadian flag into the stratosphere. Mathew Ho and Asad Muhammad, both 17, attached four cameras to a balloon carrying the toy astronaut 24km above Earth. A week after launch they recovered their Lego man in a field, and discovered they had captured stunning space footage

This photo was taken in Armenia, a country which borders Turkey and Georgia. I’m ashamed to say I’d never heard of it until today.

I only came to this realization some time this year. It was a bit unsettling at first, but it makes so much sense now, that I wonder why I hadn’t realized it earlier. In the end, everything is from Allah and it will all return to Him.
